José A. Ravelo

José A. Ravelo graduated in Electrical Engineering from University of Oriente/Cuba. Since 2000 he has developed his professional activity in the automotive sector in positions related to robotics and welding. In 2010 he joined Gestamp Chassis as Welding Process Engineer. In this position he has worked in the industrialization and set-up of chassis manufacturing lines, optimization and improvement of manufacturing processes. In the last years he has collaborated with the Advanced Technoloy and Applications department in the homologation of new welding processes for new materials and new coatings.
