Carlota Arenillas

Carlota Arenillas studied MSc mechanical engineering at the University of the Basque Country in Bilbao/Spain. In 2012 she began her professional career in the aeronautical field as a structural calculation engineer in Hamburg (Germany) and Toulouse (France). She has worked for 3 years in this sector developing fatigue life studies for aircraft structures on composite, steel and aluminum structures. In 2015, Carlota joined Gestamp Chassis as manager of innovation projects inside the Advanced Technology and Applications department. Since then, she has worked managing internal and grant strategic projects of the company with customers and developing technologies with suppliers, with main focus on product development, forming technologies, composites and welding technologies.
