James W. Mumaw

James W. Mumaw is an Application Development Engineer at Nelson Stud Welding engaged in customer support and R&D functions. Prior to Nelson, he was a robotic applications engineer at The Lincoln Electric Company. He is a certified welder of the American Welding Society Structural Welding Code D1.1. He is a member of the AWS D3 committee on Welding in Marine Construction and a former member of the Robotic Industries Association (RIA) and on the subcommittee R15.06. He graduated from LeTourneau University in Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Welding Engineering.
