Dr.-Ing. Sergej Gook

Dr. Sergej Gook received his doctorate from the Technical University of Volgograd, Russia in 2002. Since 2007, he has been working as a research assistant at Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology, Berlin and Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung (BAM), Berlin. The focus of his scientific work is on the field of laser beam, laser hybrid and submerged arc welding of thick sheets.
