Dr.-Ing. Jörg Karstedt

Jörg Karstedt is head of the Fuel Cells and Stacks department at the Center for Fuel Cell Technology (ZBT GmbH) and has coordinated the development of mobile fuel cell systems at ZBT since 2012. He studied mechanical engineering with a specialization in energy technology at RWTH Aachen University and UC Davis in California and received his doctorate from the Chair of Combustion Engines at RWTH Aachen University. Before joining ZBT GmbH, he was team leader for electrics and electronics at FEV GmbH, an internationally active development service provider for powertrain technologies.
