Felix Weber, B. Eng., born in 1983, studied Mechanical Engineering at the Dortmund University of App...Felix Weber, B. Eng., born in 1983, studied Mechanical Engineering at the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences. As from 2009, he worked as a Student Assistant at the Institute of Materials Science (IW) and, in 2012, was then taken on as a Technical Employee after a Bachelor dissertation written at IW. Since then, he has carried out project work in the subject field of brazing and hightemperature brazing in the Joining and Surface Technology Division (IW-FORTIS) of the institute and has also been responsible for the maintenance and operation of the brazing technology installations.
