Dipl.-Ing. Lars Aschermann

Dipl.-Ing. Lars Aschermann, born in 1974, studied mechanical engineering at the Clausthal University of Technology and obtained his degree in 2008. Before his studies, he was trained to become a precision mechanic for precision appliance engineering at the 2nd Physical Institute at the University of Göttingen/Germany from 1992 to 1995. After a qualification in CNC, CAD and control technology, he worked as a tool mechanic at AGEFA Produktions GmbH from 1997 to 2001. Following his working activities, he undertook the further education to become a state-certified mechanical engineering technologist at the Technical College for Economics and Technology until 2003. Since 2008, he has worked as a scientific employee at the Institute of Welding Technology and Cutting Fabrication Processes at the Clausthal University of Technology.
