Information about practical welding
With a manual centre-of-gravity positioner,
it is possible (depending on the model) to
rotate workpieces with a weight up to 300 kg
or 1,200 kg into any position by hand. The
rotation is carried out quickly and reliably in
two axes using the centre of gravity of the part
to be rotated. A slight pressure is sufficient in
order to move the workpiece into a new position.
Neither a motor nor a controller is
needed. The peculiarity consists of the sensible
use of the law of the centre of gravity.
